first time at this location, it was a very clean environment! the lady with the pretty hair was cleaning, wiping down everything and picking up trash since I got here an hour ago. Process was really easy and user friendly. I love that they had vending machines for snacks and laundry supplies.

Nice, clean, quick, easy, spacious, machines work, recommended.

Lady was very helpful on the phone when I called and very helpful to help me see what I needed to do since I was first time laundry today on Monday very clean and was there a minimum of a Time excellent machines no bad thing to say whatsoever everything was excellent

The facility is nice and clean. Everyone seems friendly. The machines are efficient and in good working order.

Let me preface by saying I have a washer and dryer and needed an oversized dryer for my dogs bed.

Savannah greeted me at the door, answered any and every question I had about getting started and using their facilities.

She even made me aware of a $10 hold if using my debit/credit card and recommended using their fascard service for convenience going forward.

$10 for a washer large enough for my dogs bed and pillow and $1.50 I believe for 20 minute dryer on high.

My dog Rio is comfortable and happy.

Thanks Spin City!

Very clean place! Dryers dry fast and are hot🔥!!

I always wash at home , but had some large blankets , the attendant Savannah came over and said " Are those your two loads , you still owe 50 cents and she put it in for me , I am 68 and haven't been to laundry mat since in my 20's ,the place is super clean and attendees are super sweet

I love this Laundromat...
I go to all the locations....
Very friendly and a great customer service

Today was my first visit to Spin City. We used the drop off in NW 23rd. Tammy greeted us and explained the process. I had a large basket of towels. They were washed, dried and folded in 2 hours. What a convenience!!
Tammy was kind and friendly.

Kendra is the best. Love how clean this place is.

Great customer service Krista is amazing and super helpful!!

This place is the cleanest laundromat I've ever gone to! Nathalia and Daisy keep this place VERY clean!

VERY CLEAN ATMOSPHERE !

I just appreciate that this laundromat isn't wore out and not maintained like most of the other ones. Thank you!

Always clean and staff is helpful and nice may suggest the bathrooms could use.more frequent cleaning.

Plenty, of units, lots of space tables are huge and it's very sanitary! 💯🌞

Great service and quick . Employees very friendly

This place is the best laundry I've ever been to. Nicole and Angela need raises. They work hard to make the experience comfortable and very clean. Thank you!

Staff is always so friendly and it is always so clean here. This is by my favorite location.

Clean , friendly

One of the most CLEAN facility’s!!! Always welcoming!!! Love the girls!! Definitely coming here instead of the one closer to home. I live 30 mins out, and will still make the drive for this specific store!

Great clean place i have been to more than three spin cities. And this is by far the best one I have ever been to. Wonderful friendly staff, always keeping on top of maintenance, definitely recommending always coming back.

Always clean love the big washers , nine dollars and you can do your whole load of laundry in one load saves time

Very clean the best place in OKC ok. The best air conditioner. The only place I go to wash. Henry.

This is the very first time I utilize this Laundry Facility and I needed a significant amount of help.
Ms. Bonnie and Ms. Lay were PHENOMENAL in helping mw learn the washing machine and dryer process!!!!

I really appreciate their HELP and they provided exceptional Customer Service Skills!!!!!

Come in this morning and was worried about the 2 nice dogs. So went and ask the laundry lady cause I found a home for them but I was informed they they was no longer here and the dog pound came and got 1. I was very upset cause they wasnt aggressive and I always pet them 😒 😔 can't be kind and it really sucks

The staff is amazing. They work hard to deal with stupid people all day and they have good attitudes and this is one of the best laundromats ever cause I’ve been to some and they look pretty Janky. This one is very nice very clean friendly staff

So I'm responding to the negative review that was posted by the "KAREN" referencing the supposed aggressive behavior of the male dog. I've been coming here since y'all opened every Saturday, but due to managements ridiculous decision to remove the animal after the woman poked the dog while he was sleeping to get the response she needed to complain. Truth be told, how would you act if you were jabbed while asleep by a stranger? Think about it... Those dogs were a wonderful addition to the parking lot. Always happy and excited to see all that came and went. The owner made a bad decision! You should be ashamed of what you did. You didn't look into the situation, which they're was none. By the way, this store manager, Angela, is an asset to your business. Honestly, I don't know why she's still employed for this business. Her kind heart and friendly atmosphere is why people choose this location. Thank you for your time. Please heart my post if you feel this was a terrible decision. By the way, that friendly, non aggressive dog was put down because of the owners lack of judgement.

Very nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff

Thanks to Sonya and Daisy. I am now trusting laundromats again because they keep this place Super clean, friendly environment and very, very helpful with everything I did

Nickole the young Lady who works on Monday at the South Shields facility I really enjoy her cheerful personality and her good heart. She works hard to remember the faces of everybody who comes in. She cares about the strays, the people and the animals. If she can help in any way she will do it. She goes above and beyond to make sure all of her customers are taken care of. I must add the laundry facility is always kept clean, the machines are very affordable and they work very well.

Clean, well-lit, big windows, felt very safe. Attendants present on site. Pay by quarter, card, Apple Pay, etc all available. Desks, tables to fold clothing, rolling clothes baskets, tvs, bathrooms. Not crowded mid-day on Saturday. Worth driving a bit further for

Extremely clean! A bit pricey however, but not excessively so

Fast, efficient washers and dryers! In-N-Out, making laundry time simple, affordable and fun!

Angela at the Spin City laundry on South Sheilds. Was Awesome. You need more people like her. Very clean, the washers, and dryer worked great. Thank you Angela for helping this old lady. Lol

Washers were sooo good! Prices seemed reasonable.

Great laundry service under $2 a lb and they do the laundry for you. Cheaper for light smaller loads and I don't have to sit and wait. Clean facility and great customer service

Friendly staff to help when needed! Very Clean!

Clean. Always open washers and dryers.

Nice and clean

Friendly workers. Always clean. They always have a Spanish speaker on night shift

This is one of not the best laundry locations in okc. Ms. Beth is helpful, informative and just a real sweet individual. Her store is always clean including the bathrooms. I wish I could give 10 stars. In this world, she is definitely a God send to us who frequent her store. God bless her and her staff.

The woman attendant was very nice. I had to let her know that the laundromat was the cleanest I had ever been to. Kudos to Spin City!

Vanessa and Beth. Very professional and extremely clean!!!

We came in at 830 pm (they close at 10 pm) && we didnt pay for the drop off service. After we had picked out our machines and got our clothes going, we were greeted by Nicole (complimenting our matching clothing swag 🤭😅😝) and we asked her if she wouldn’t mind throwing our clothes in the dryer for us for a lil $ and that we’d be back to pick them up no need to fold) She said YES without hesitation!! And we got back just 5 min before closing time. 😣 when we picked the clothes up to my surprise she had them folded and bagged up for us! They smelled super good and she was super nice 😊 10/10 recommend coming here for all your laundry needs !

Very clean and good equipment

It's very clean. Machines are maintained well. Staff is friendly.

Always clean, nice hospitality best one I’ve been to.

Angela and Kim they really work good

I visited the Midwest city store for the first time and Shaniya was great help! She walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable in the store and she kept it clean. Thank you spin city !

Every week we take a spin to Spin City laundry. (Pun intended) CLEAN great service and machines for any sized load.

As someone who is new to both the city and the state, I can honestly say this is the cleanest laundromat I’ve found. The prices are fair—$7.75 for the giant washers and $3.50 for the smaller ones. I also appreciate that the machines accept cards, coins, and the reloadable payment cards available on-site, which makes paying convenient. The staff has been kind and helpful as well. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this laundromat to others

It is clean, and has a lot of machines of various sizes.

I always always LOVE going to this spin city! Hardly ever busy when I go. Plenty of dryers available when my clothes are done washing. The other spin city off western it's like a fight to get a dryer and it's so frustrating. Plenty of baskets and table space. It's always clean, the workers are wonderful people with welcoming smiles. Super helpful always! I love how the workers are interacting with customers & just have the best attitudes. The atmosphere is calm & chill. Did I mention the facility is always very clean?! I will continue to do my laundry here! I go usually during the day anywhere between 1-5 during the weekdays. The few occasions I've gone late around 9ish was pretty empty maybe 7/8 people! Lots of TVs with variety of different shows English/Spanish! Plenty of parking. The front parking is kinda small but the back is big. New washers & dryers they work awesome! Biggest washers are 10$ second biggest is $7.75 third biggest is 5.75$ then I think they have a 4$ and 3.75$ one. Dryers 25¢ for 5 mins!

Lots of machines. Very clean. No waiting.

Staff is always helpful & friendly- and my clothes get clean! I had issues with other places washers not fully cleaning my clothes. I've come at least 2 years now. Started out at Classen but switched to the one on 23rd when it opened since it was closer. Any time I've had an issue they've assisted me.

Clean and inexpensive. Lots of washers in various sizes

I Wana give a huge shout out to Stormy, and Rebecca! It was my first time doing a drop off and they helped me out with all my questions and where super nice to me. Did a good job on my laundry! Will continue to use fo sho! Thanks again!

I came to do my laundry today and it only took about an hour. The washer was $5.75 for a big load and I used my credit card and it charged me $10, but it's only a temporary hold and I will get the money back in a couple of days. Update. I went back to do laundry and this time I used coins instead of a credit card and it worked out much easier.

This is by far the nicest laundromat near me! The machines are reasonably priced and they have two giant dryers if you just want to throw everything in all together.. The prices are reasonable and the dryers dry well and quickly.. It's clean and the staff on duty were kind and answered all of my questions. I found my new laundry spot!

I hadnt been in a laundromat in 15+ years and I dreaded going to one when my washing machine suddenly kicked the bucket. I passed 2 other laundromats before arriving at Spin City. Its clean, the staff is friendly, there are plenty of machines to use and they are sparkling clean inside and out. SpinCity has a charging table for your devices, along with wifi and thats a huge plus.
I purchased a new washer and dryer today and this will be my last visit, but if I ever have need, I will definitely return to Spin City!!

Nicest, Cleanest laundromat to exist lol

Two stars was totally done by mistake! This deserves a 5 star rating! We were in tonight and was very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff at 8:00 pm, and quality of machines!

Comodo,Limpio y fácil de usar

Nice and clean, well lit interior.

Se lava muy bien, lo único malo es que se llena, por lo mismo excelentes máquinas

Love this laundry. Great customer service, very clean & great location.

I loved everything about it. It was super clean. The attendant was extremely nice & was very patient. I will for sure recommend this laundromat.

Being around them is refreshing, as they consistently show positivity, compassion, and a sincere interest in others. create an atmosphere where people feel included and appreciated. They are all truly kind and energetic people that bring a special kind of light. They have a natural warmth that makes others feel comfortable and valued, often going out of their way to brighten someone’s day with a smile, a joke, or a simple act of kindness

If you need to do laundry go here it's clean good atmosphere staff is friendly and helpful they have a rewards card and you can get extra for using it
Well worth it

Always clean

The staff was amazing especially the night person, very patient and helpful . Store was very clean, saw a young man cleaning and sweeping . Lots of TVs so keep you busy while you wait

Very nice laundromat! Nice and spacious , I only needed to use the dryers but if I ever need to wash I will be using Spin City! I was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained this laundromat is; very very clean facility! And the dryers work fantastic! I will be utilizing Spin City for my dryer needs!

Muy limpio buen servicio un poco saturado pero es por el buen servicio y sobre todo fácil de pagar no ay personas que te roben los cambios cuando pagas con billetes grandes como la lavandería que está en la 23 y anarbor pegado al dollar

So fast and perfectly folded and packaged. I do drop off wash-and-fold ALL the tine and this is, by far, the best i have ever had

This is probably their best location! I dropped my clothes off at 2:30 and they had them finished by 5. I don’t even know how that is humanly possible. They paid attention to all of my requests and even helped me load my clothes into my car. I tell all my friends to come to Spin City Meridian.

Clean and not overly busy for Saturday afternoon

very clean. A lot of very large, and well kept up machines. Decent prices. But the best thing about it is it was so clean. It’s the type of place where you feel OK leaving your clothes in to run up the street to the store or something. I have been to two spin city locations, I am not sure if they are connected but either way it is my favorite place to do laundry. Like by far. Both places also it appears that they have some type of laundry service that they will do your laundry for you. I did not do that or look into that either place but it’s a cool option.

Always clean here. Staff is nice. Everything you need to wash clothes is here. Just don't go too late. The late night staff not too happy when you come in hour or so before closing. Js..

I really appreciated the kindness of Krista.I had trouble getting the card to swipe and she was patient and helped without making me feel dumb. I also watched her interactions with others and each time she was kind and helpful. The facility was clean and well lit.

Very clean convenient and they have a vending machine for your laundry detergent and dryer sheets

Very clean, new equipment and cash or credit card ability.

Love the staff

I love this place, the attendants are friendly, and there is always someone on duty.
I used to drop off service, which I feel is reasonable. The clothes are always nicely folded or hung up... I'm quirky and I use my own hangers, and I have specified what type of thing is supposed to be hung on what type of hanger, and they are spot on every time.

I have a new one opening up near me soon, so I will be transferring my business to that one, but I do recommend this one.

I noticed it is very crowded on Saturdays, I would not recommend going there on a Saturday unless you're there when the doors opens so you won't have an issue getting a washer and a dryer.

VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!!

Very clean a little pricey but dryers work good.

Great and very helpful staff, nice atmosphere, very clean.

Very clean, not crowded, lots of high capacity machines.

My favorite place to do my laundry

Absolute 🔥. The only laundromat to visit, and the only one i use myself

The great city

Nikki was a huge help, so clean ans machines are new and are great. Very happy experience.

This place was amazing, super clean, upscale machines and the nicest young lady attendant. I had not been to laundromat in years, everything is automated now. She helped me at each machine and explained all the payment options and even how much soap for each size machine. Best place to go , friendly service and nice customers. Thank you !!!

Muy limpio el lugar es muy agradable para esperar tu ropa

Awesome place to do laundry. Clean all over. Staff is great. Best I’ve ever been to

Place is one of the cleanest laundry places I've ever used. Always machines available. Wish they had one up in far north OKC.

Always know that you can get good washers and dryers. Great staff. Just ask attendant if you have a question. They are just great ladies 😁

I love this place since the new blonde lady took over, she has really made a big difference in this place. Be good to her, be nice to her, she is doing a fantastic job. So many places are just ignorant as to the way to be and treat people. She is just an awesome person. I remember when she interviewed there. Please keep her, you need her there. Thank you for your time.

Nice facilities and large washing machines

I have never been in a cleaner laundry mat! All the machines are in working order and I can afford it!

Nice people new machines

Clean and very bright inside. All washers and dryers work. Various size washers for all your household or commercial washing needs. There's enough washers and dryers for everyone even when it's super busy.

Facility was bright and clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff is kind and helpful, new equipments

I like this laundromat, they do an awesome job. But they need to give disabled veterans discounts!!

Clean, friendly

Absolutely my favorite place to do my laundry.nice staff.very clean

Place was clean. Very clean

The short chick name Angela is a very sweet woman. She helped us do a lot of things at the laundry mat when we're new to it. She rocks!

This is a high quality Laundromat. All the machines work. Plenty of space with lots of machines

First time at this location and it was just as great as the others! The store was super clean and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Love the consistency!

Jazmine was very sweet and nice and extremely helpful. Muy amable la señorita.

Laundromat is very clean. You’ll not mind doing your laundry there on a better note. The employees are very helpful too because …I had trouble with the washer and dryer and over there to help. Very nice laundromat❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

My washer broke and I needed to find a place to get heaps of laundry caught up. Spin city laundry is fantastic. They have massive washers that can actually hold truly big loads like bedclothes, blankets and towels. The biggest machines will cost you $10, but it's worth it because you're doing several loads in one. It's clean, well lit, and has tables for your stuff. The machines will accept cards or quarters. There's always machines available, so you don't have to wait on any to free up. My clothes all come out perfectly clean. I highly recommend this place. You can get in and get it done quickly!

Well let's just say its better than sit n spin. Bc ewww

Excellent community resource. Plenty of machines with various capacities. Super clean, super functioning, super assistant on site, super easy to access

This place was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great place for a large family to do clothes

Good laundromat with fair prices. It’s always well kept and relatively on the quiet side. Can obviously be busy, but go at the right times and it’s perfect. Staff is pretty good, but I do love Kendra and Krista are working together. It’s so nice to hear them giggling as they work while I’m doing laundry. It gives the place a happier feel and I adore it.

Nice clean place great to do laundry friendly people very helpful if you have a problem with the machines they're right there to take care of it love this laundromat wouldn't go anywhere else

One of the easiest laundromat I’ve been to. They don’t do quarters which is so convenient when washing multiple loads. Plus the washers are huge, pricing is unmatched and washer and dryer works amazing. I will only go here from now on but also if you use you card at the machines it will hold $10 for 24-48 hrs.

Spin City is the best thing since sliced bread!! The girls at the NW 30th and Classen location have already been awesome and they do such great job. I've been using them regularly for about a year. HUGE time saver for me.

Ladies always helpful and friendly facility has always been clean, I witnessed them doing regular bathroom cleaning which to me is an absolute plus because I bring my small grand babies in with me

A beautiful manager. Nice work is very clean place.

Spin city laundries are the cleanest in the city!

I just want to say that the ladies at spin city are the greatest!so nice, polite and go above and beyond to help everyone! I recommend spin city to everyone!

Extremely clean, quiet I've paid close to 60$ using the 10$ washers which are the bigger ones. I am grateful for a laundry mat that'll actually wash the washers and clean out the dries. The bathrooms are spotless but the only issue is there's no changing table for infants

Spin City Midwest City deserves the highest compliments for their outstanding customer service. The team is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about their customers. Every visit is fast, fun, and stress-free truly five-star service!

Place is very clean. Kendra behind the counter is very sweet and helpful.

Appears to be a well maintained facility. I will definitely be doing my laundry here from now on

The day time ladies are very nice and very helpful!!

Krista that works here is amazing and very friendly. It was my first time in and didn’t know how to do anything with four kids with me and she made my experience amazing. That woman deserves a raise if it were up to me. You cal tell Krista loves her job she works hard and also is very friendly and kind and caring. That’s what I’d like to see in the rest of the world is more Krista’s
She is amazing at her job and just all around special if you ask me anyways

Place is clean, organize, and welcoming I do recommend coming here.

I have never seen someone work as hard as Kendra. She is running around that place constantly helping everyone and is so sweet. I love coming here just because of Kendra

Very clean, not sketchy. Got all of our laundry done in a timely manner. Was perfect for my weighted blanket.

Clean, bright, everything works and is comfortable. Love this laundromat!

GREAT washers. FAST CLEAN AFFORDABLE

Spin city laundry open on time, clean and the manager is nice and pleasant

My husband works on the road and drops his laundry off every week to be done. The ladies here found my wedding ring in his laundry and returned it to us. I couldn’t be more thankful!

My wife and I were impressed with the drop-off service. It was a quick turnaround time and we were very impressed on the folding, hanging, and all-around care of our clothes. I will definitely be using this service in the future.

Not too busy on a Thursday afternoon. Lots of clean machines available. Was in and out in about an hour

I am new to the city and to washing bigger bedding. l Had gone several places first and they were awful. I waked into the Spin City with a cheery hello and ask if I needed help… which I did. Beth took great care of me and I most definitely be back with family members.

LOVE USING A CARD!!!
BUT (it's a big but) I accidentally left my debit card sitting out by my laundry stuff and went across the street to shop at Walmart while my clothes were washing before I realized it was gone! I retraced my steps and found it right where I left it!!! Honest everyday people were walking right past it💕

The staff here are so kind and welcoming! I dropped off laundry to be cleaned. I was impressed with how fast it was ready. Will definitely be coming back!

Since my daughter broke my washer I been having to goto a laundromat, and I went driving around to find some and I jus so happened drive past this place, went inside and looked and was so surprised how clean and new the washers and dryers look , the staff is wonderful and do a wonderful job on keeping it right Good job I will always come to this one no other

Clean and helpful attendant

Very courteous and clean. Staff was amazing!

It's cheap fast and clean.

Grate service very clean and safe

always clean with plenty of machines
